It’s breakthrough bleeding, a common side effect of the pill and even more common on the mini pill. It will be listed in your pamphlet. Side effects can happen at any time, even if you’ve been on it for over ten years, nobody is immune to them.
Your tests were negative because you’re not pregnant, breakthrough bleeding is not an indication of pregnancy.
Please take the time to further educate yourself on your pill. It doesn’t just stop working so if you never missed your pills and always account for possible interactions (vomiting within the first 2-3 hour of taking your pill or having severe pure liquid diarrhea 6+ times within a 24 hour period) you aren’t going to get pregnant.
