Not on the pill anymore but I always used to take mine first thing in the morning

mine was originally 5pm which was great

i take mine 7:30 in the morning, keep my pills right next to my bed with a glass of water so it’s the first thing i do and don’t forget

I used to do 23:00 then swapped to 07:00 then swapped to a different method

8:00 PM!

i like to take it at 10am so im sure ill be awake and have it near me

I take it at 6pm because I know I’ll be awake at 6pm. I originally wanted to take mine first thing in the morning but I also want to sleep in some times

I take mine at 7pm but often earlier so I don’t forget it later. So usually between 3-7pm
