Hello everyone! This week, I missed my pill on Tuesday and did not take it until the next day (Wednesday) along with my pill for that day. I am on the Mili birth control pill. Can I still have unprotected sex or should I wait for 7 days? Thanks for your help!

You only missed one pill since you forgot Tuesday’s dose and took it the next day together with your Wednesday pill. For combination pills like Mili, missing just one pill and taking it within 24 hours doesn’t lower protection. You handled it correctly by taking both pills on Wednesday. You’re still protected — no need to wait 7 days or use backup. Backup is only needed if you miss 2 or more pills in a row.
