Hey girls! Kind of a pregnancy scare rn.. normally, my period comes after 4 days when i took my last pill. Today it was the 4th day and she didnt appear.. to be honest i took my pill nonchalantly, 1-5 hours late. The thing is me and my partner had risky s*x and now Im kinda scared because my period shouldve arrived by now. I know its only 1 day after the day I shouldve gotton my period, but still because of the risky s*x im ultra scared.🤞

You should take a pregnancy test.

What pill are you on? Some aren’t considered a late if theyre taken within 12 hours. Your withdrawal bleed can also vary each month or not come at all. Mine comes day 4-6 of my placebo week

What do you mean by risky?

If your pill brand has a 3 hour time frame then that’s problem, but if it doesn’t it has either a 12 hour or 24 hour time frame so taking pills within 5 hours of the same time every day is perfectly fine. ^ can you explain what you mean by risky? Also you don’t need to censor the word sex here !

It’s only a problem if you’re on a traditional mini pill, because of the 3 hour usage window. Any other pill tolerates either being up to 12 or 24 late than the original time.
