I’ve been on yasminelle for 3 years and for the past 2 years I continuously take it without a break as advised by my doctor but for the past year I keep randomly getting breakthrough bleeding that could last from 1 week - 3 weeks sometimes it’s actual blood and not spotting but to sure why this is happening anyone have any ideas I also get some cramps when this happens ??

This can happen even when you skip your breaks. You could try taking a break week to see if it helps!
