Hello everyone, I’ve recently finished my period and on Friday I had someone over and we had sex, on Saturday I was having cramps and a little bit of blood but today I’m fully bleeding. I’m not really sure what’s going on with my body, I’ve bled twice this month, is this something serious? Sometimes when we have sex foreplay is overlooked so I’m not sure if that is part of the reason I’m bleeding again.

If you don’t have foreplay your vagina won’t be ready for penetration and that will cause tears if you have sex anyway. Never ever overlook foreplay and invest in lube to make things easier too. That could also explain the cramps. This should not cause you to continuously bleed however. Sounds like you’re just experiencing breakthrough bleeding on top of it, which is a normal side effect of birth control. Please take care of your body during sex and put some effort in foreplay that will be focussed on you.
