My sister is putting her dog down who’s been a big part of all our lives. I’m so sad and feel very emotional about it.

I’m so sorry to hear this. 😔 it’s such a hard thing to do, but if it puts them out of pain then it’s the right thing to do. Accepting you have to do it is a big thing too to not be selfish to keep them in pain just so you can still have them, so it’s good you know that. Just spend their last day with them and make it special, and hold the memories and years you had them in your life close.
