I skipped my period by starting the first active pill of a new pack today but I got sick and threw up… would I still be protected since i technically should be on my break week but just decided to skip?

Did you actually throw up? Like vomit came out of your mouth within 2-3 hours of taking your pill?

Yes, but what I’m confused about is that I would have been on my break week pill now so then I would be fine if I threw up - I just decided to skip my break week and one hour after taking my pill I threw up

If you are skipping your break then you should take another pill for the one that did not get digested, technically speaking you should never “miss” a pill which causes you to extend your break days (week)
