Why do my eyes always feel tired ever since I can remember my eyes are always tired

Do you get enough sleep? Do you drink a lot of caffeine? Do you have a balanced diet?

@Pandafan1 no I remember being like this since forever and my eyes are always tired I didnt even drink caffeine when I was small and had a good diet so maybe I'm just stuck like this?

I mean when you say your eyes are always tired do you mean that you have dark circles around your eyes? If so then that’s genetics and you go that from your parents.

@Pandafan1 no I mean yeah I do have dark circles and like darker eyelids but maybe its cause I'm Indian mixed with Guatemalen but indo also have tired eyes

@tillyydesanta have you discussed with your doctor or have you been to an eye doctor?

@Pandafan1 yes they gave me eye drops for dry eyes and used it as he said to use it but nothing happened never felt a difference

My eyes were always tired, and whilst my eyesight is good, my optometrist found that my eyes had a hard time focusing on things. So I use a very low prescription in order to help my eyes actually focus on things. Have you seen your optician?

@timecat yes but I think ill see specialist for that because idk I dont think its normal
