Hi I live in the uk I’m nearly out of my pills I have my prescription bag tho so if I just take it into boots will they give me more ? X or do I need another prescription from my doctor as they’re supposed to be for my fibroid

you’ll need another prescription from your doctor, you might be able to order a repeat prescription on the NHS app, other users from the uk have done it but it won’t let me so see if it lets you x

I had to go and have another appointment to get more bc, usually they give u 3 months to start, and if it’s all fine they can give you up to 12 months worth from your second appointment x

You need a new prescription. Once you’ve been on the pill for 1+ year they will probably allow you to request a repeat prescription by phone/online but it’d still be signed off by the doctor (you still need a yearly check up though).

You’ll need a GP appointment this time. You won’t have to visit every 3 months though so don’t worry, they’ll increase the prescription to 6 months if this pill is ok for you, then eventually you only have to get a check up once a year x
