I skipped my break as when I had my break last time I was on a heavy period for 3more days after I started my next pack again and had horrible cramps, so I skipped it this time and I’ve noticed quite a bit of brown discharge/ bleeding and slight bleeding. Is this normal when you skip a break. Also noticed a slight bit of bleeding/ dark discharge a couple times after sex and my boyfriend dosent mind at all he just is a little confused the same as me as to why it happens, is it because I’m not using condoms or something or is it because of another cause??

Irregular bleeding is a common side effect of hormonal birth control. Some people tend to experience more side effects when they skip break weeks.

I had the same thing when skipping a break. Pretty sure it’s normal!
