it could also be a microcut from his fingernails if he didn’t cut them. drink lots of fluids and avoid any penetrating sexual activity. if you notice a change in discharge, or have any symptoms of any different infections, speak to your doctor

but also if the pain is intolerable or your worried speak to your doctor asap

I would make a doc appointment just to be safe before anything worsens
