This is going to be an oddly specific question. I fractured my knee a month ago and will be starting Physical Therapy in maybe 2/3 weeks. I only wear vans, which probably wont be the best. Does anyone know if i should be wearing more athletic type shoes to PT? Like shoes with more grip/comfort? I was looking at a pair of New Balance 327. Would those be better than vans? I would of course wear them for a while as i continue recovering not just for PT, since Im aware vans aren’t the comfiest. Im just wondering if it would be better that I get a shoe with more support and something maybe more comfortable.

Something with arch support, vans are very flat and tbh don’t have great grip Any kind of sports/running shoe would be better

@bluerose9 thank you! Thats what i was thinking, a more supportive option since i have to relearn with my feet specifically.
