Hello I have a question I'm (17) and l've been sleeping with a guy for 3-4 months (didn't use protection) now but recently for almost one month my discharge has gotten really weird it's coming out in small chunks and it doesn't have a funky smell but it's itchy and burns and i sometimes bleed I feel like I've may have gotten herpes or an STD and I'm afraid to tell anyone or go to the doctor can maybe tell me something about it or if it may have happened to you ?

It could be an STI, a yeast infection, or BV. There's no way to tell except going to a doctor. Part of having sex is taking care of your sexual health. It's really important and you have to overcome your fear to get treated.

You need to see a doctor and get treatment or it won’t get better. Like said above; it’s part of looking after your sexual health. People go to the doctor for these things all the time and there is nothing to be afraid of. The same goes for getting tested for STI/STD’s, which I’m assuming you haven’t done either. You should really do that. You have to take responsibility here and see a doctor. If you aren’t ready to look after your sexual health then you aren’t ready to be sexually active yet. It’s best for you and whoever you’re involved with.

Is there a reason you’re scared to go to the doctor?
