whoever stopped taking birth control, what were your side effects after you stopped + when did it go away?

I personally had no symptoms, other than my acne coming back and my periods being a little irregular (2+ years later I still have these things and I expected that as that’s the way I was before I was on the pill)

I was on the pill for one year to help with acne and irregular periods. I’ve been off for a little over a month now. I got my period today, and I’m having the worst cramps I’ve ever had as I’m typing this 🫠 My acne came back + my skin is more oily, my mood has been down, and my breasts have been sore
