Yes I was sick and threw a pill up a while ago and have had sex since but never thought anything of it, could just be overthinking it as we were still careful

@Lola_pla Throwing up within 3-4 hours makes your pill considered missed. If you had sex after that and didn’t follow the precautions to make that up, there is a chance you could be pregnant.

A pregnancy test ia the only way. Most accurate after at least 21 days have passed since suspected unprotected sex.
