I find myself drifting off after work. Is okay to drink energy drinks while on birth control?. Reason why I am asking is because I’m wondering if there is an increased risk for a heart attack also on the back of the can it says don’t take while on medication.

I wouldn’t rely on energy drinks. They’re super unhealthy. Maybe try a Power Nap instead x

I don’t have time to nap usually and when I do I don’t have self control, I also haven’t drank one in years so I would think drinking one wont hurt me.

Why not just coffee or caffeinated soda? Energy drinks have really extreme amounts of caffeine

Just be cautious - coffee, tea, or even a soda may be a safer alternative with less caffiene but everything in moderation! ❤️

Yes.

Energy drinks are fine I love redbull, just try not to have like more than one a day lol

Of course - just watch the caffeine content! Not saying it’s the healthiest but it doesn’t affect your pills efficacy.
