Hey girlies, is it normal to not have bleeding during your break week? I’ve been on the pill for maybe 7 years now and every month have always had some type of bleeding. I’m coming to an end of my break week and nothing! Have accurately taken my pill and never missed one! So I’m pretty sure I’m fine but a little reassurance helps :)

Yes that’s normal

Yes, the pill thins the endometrial lining over time and sometimes that can lead to very light bleeding or missed bleeds. As long as you’ve used your pill correctly you’re good.
