Those of you in an official relationship, who asked to make it official?

My boyfriend. One night we were cuddling and he was like hope this isn't a weird question but will you be my girlfriend? Lol and I said yes.

We were exclusive for about 2 months and we were pretty much acting like a couple at that point. One night we were just texting and he said “what are we playing at let’s be official” and that’s how it happened lol. It happened over text bc we couldn’t see each other often due to school

I noticed him saying some things that made me wonder so we talked about it and here we are 🤣 so both?? I guess

my boyfriend and i went thro a particularly long "talking" stage, then he asked me to be his girlfriend and i waited until i was fully ready to agree!

My boyfriend asked me to be his gf after exactly a month of talking/hanging out :) I said yes but I wasn’t sure about him at the time lol

we were mutually exclusive for a few months and then we talked about making it official and putting a label on our relationship

Me and him were constantly making out and we both knew eachother 3 years prior. Nobody really asked lol. We’re still together 3 years later :)

It’s my first relationship and I didn’t know the "rules”, I just didn’t want him talking to other people so I asked to be a couple after 2-3 weeks. Thinking back on it, I should have just asked to be exclusive before being a full on couple

It just happened naturally , but I also asked what we were at one point and confirmed it :)

@xomaybell taking things slow is amazing. That’s what me and my boyfriend did. We created an emotional connection before a physical and it’s been the best relationship I’ve ever had.

@DarthFader17 yeah the guy im talking to was rushing things wanting to marry me and that turned me off. Then I gave us another chance and 3 months so far we’ve been chillin, haven’t been official yet. Just naturally enjoying each other’s company
