I took my pill on the Saturdag instead of the Sunday, but I want to continue on the Sunday’s because I like to look at the words and take my pills on the right days of the packet. You should never intentionally skip pills or extend your break week. You can shorten your break week next time to return to the Sunday. Or just accept your days have changed.
