hi! i have weighed the exact same amount for 5 years, always about 183.
i want to lose maybe 25-40 lbs before the summer time.
unfortunately i currently don’t have a ton of time for a significant gym routine as i make money through driving and work a ton.
i’m curious for tips on key exercises to focus on that i could fit into a 30-ish minute routine in my home, and some diet tips that may work for my lifestyle.
i have no issues with changing my diet at all and am very open to different foods, cooking etc.
