TW - weight. Really have been falling off with nutrition & exercise since beginning nursing school. Summer 2025 I was in a calorie deficit, Strength training in the morning, and walking in the afternoons. Now it just seems like it is so hard. While I still workout in the mornings, I cant do my afternoon walks due to the cold weather & sun going down early. It have been down and in a funk since the beginning of the year. I cant tell that I am not as lean as I was and my eating habits have been worse. Just thinking about how hard I worked to get my eating habits under control and being disciplined and its so hard for me to get back on track.

I know how this feels I was consist with the gym for a year then just fell out of love with it and being able to stay dedicated I am now back on track and you will find it again it’s not the end of the world even tho I may have thought it was now looking back i hadnt changed that much even tho at the time I thought I was so much bigger, but trust me it’s okay to get off track and it’s okay to not be totally disciplined all the time we are human and as women sometimes we need them extra calories and sugar to keep us going cuz I know I do! You will be able to get back into the swing of it when the time is right just listen to what your body needs wether that is rest or a sweet treat every now and again💕
