TW - weight.
Really have been falling off with nutrition & exercise since beginning nursing school. Summer 2025 I was in a calorie deficit, Strength training in the morning, and walking in the afternoons. Now it just seems like it is so hard. While I still workout in the mornings, I cant do my afternoon walks due to the cold weather & sun going down early. It have been down and in a funk since the beginning of the year. I cant tell that I am not as lean as I was and my eating habits have been worse. Just thinking about how hard I worked to get my eating habits under control and being disciplined and its so hard for me to get back on track.
