TW: weight loss Has anyone tried boxing classes? Did it help lose weight? Did you like it? Hard?

my sister tried boxing and she said it was difficult at first but becomes fun with time! she lost about 20lbs along with her diet change, but i would say it’s a fun workout nonetheless :)

i’ve done boxing for 3 years now and I love it! I never went into it with the intention to lose weight, more of a way to let off some steam. in the process I’ve lost weight with changes in my diet. I didn’t lose a ton but I did tone nicely and my endurance and stamina increased a lot. it’s hard at first but within a couple weeks (I went 4-6x per week) it got easier! i’ve also gotten better at skip rope!
