i’ve done boxing for 3 years now and I love it! I never went into it with the intention to lose weight, more of a way to let off some steam. in the process I’ve lost weight with changes in my diet. I didn’t lose a ton but I did tone nicely and my endurance and stamina increased a lot. it’s hard at first but within a couple weeks (I went 4-6x per week) it got easier! i’ve also gotten better at skip rope!
