Hey so I’ve been with my boyfriend for over a year now but have known each other for ages we are very comfortable with each other and used to have sex on a regular basis since I got on the pill and depending on when my next break is sometimes I’m not as in the mood as other times but I feel like he doesn’t even try anymore he doesn’t try anything or compliment me like he used to and now when we have sex I feel like there’s no emotion to it, it’s always just a quick one with no kissing or nothing but the one thing that has annoyed me the most is that he doesn’t show any love after anymore he just sits on his phone he’s always on his phone now he was never like this he was so in love with me I just feel like he doesn’t care anymore

Not this specifically but I brought up how whenever I drive us somewhere he is glued to his phone the whole drive and won’t engage in conversation and be just brushed it off saying he was keeping in contact with his parents he used to be the one who would bring up when we haven’t had sex in a while but now he just doesn’t seem to even care

You need to talk about this with him, sounds like you’ve been a bit disconnected and distanced from each other for a while. Maybe suggest going on a date or even just setting down phones for a couple of hours one evening to have some quality time and talk through where you guys are in your relationship right now.

This usually occurs because he is already comfortable with you and doesn’t feel the need to do anything extra anymore definitely communicate and talk to him if he’s a good bf he would try his best to not make you feel like that anymore if he’s not then that shows his character and maybe it’s time to rethink this relationship
