However I was wondering if anyone had any good work out video for at home go get rid of stubborn stomach fat as I’m currently out of work so can’t afford a gym membership and I am in a calorie deficit but have been for about 5 months and I cant decrease calories anymore without it becomes dangerous and me becoming ill

Major changes don’t happen quickly. Sounds like you’re already doing a lot and have made a lot of changes, so not what you wanna hear but keep going, slow and steady.
For work out videos honestly it doesn’t matter much, find one you like! Any movement is good movement

@Bcqueen_ and please be careful, dieting can be a slippery slope and if you’re not careful the long term effects on your physical health can be serious and irreparable, never mind on your mental health and relationship with food x

I enjoy Move With Nicole for Pilates and enjoy any kickboxing classes online. They were the most fun when I was not going to the gym.
