Is it normal for my discharge to be white, a little thicker and be odourless?

Yes. Your discharge will change from day to day. What’s concerning is a very different texture to normal, significantly more discharge than normal, an unusual colour (ie green) or a very different/strong/unusual smell

The texture is thicker than usual but everything else is normal. I am about to finish my third pack meaning ive only been on it for three months now so im thinking could it be related to that?

One of the ways the pill works is by thickening cervical mucus (to physically prevent/impede sperm from entering the cervix) so yes very possible
