❌❌❌❌❌❌💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊 Brand: Diane 35 Hey, guys! I don’t like to have my period, so I took the pills this month without the pause. I can take the pills without the pause for like 2 months and then, have the pause, or is it gonna ruin my birth control? I know I can take the pills without pause, but I heard that doing this can make me bloody in irregularity, So I think is better do pauses each 2 months. Is it good or bad? I take the pills everyday at the same time always, with constancy, cause I have so much fear of getting pregnant. Can someone help me? Also, I am sorry if I made some english mistakes, I am actually brazilian ❌❌❌❌❌❌💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊💊 Brand: Diane 35

There’s no way to predict how your body will react. There’s no medial or health reasons for break weeks so you can skip as many as you like. (Just make sure you can get extra pill packs to make up for this). Skipping break weeks can sometimes lead to experiencing heightened side effects however. Really it’s just a bit of trial and error and seeing what works best for your body on that pill. It may take your body a little time to adjust so don’t be disappointed if you get some irregular bleeding the first time you try it. Try skipping 2 break weeks and see how it goes for you

Like @bluerose9 said it’s kind of going to be trial and error. When I used the pill I could go anywhere from 6 to 8 months before I experienced breakthrough bleeding. But there is also people that can’t skip a break without bleeding anyway, or just the one or two times. Best thing to do is experiment and see what works best for your body

So, is it safe to do this? I mean, the contraceptive part of the pill will not be ruined? This is what I am afraid of. Btw, thanks very much for your responses 🫶
