It doesn’t matter whether you bleed or not if you use your pills correctly

But how do I know I’m not pregnant if this happens consistently ( it didn’t happen consistently but just in case it does )

If you take your pills correctly and know how it works then you won’t get pregnant. The pill is what protects you against pregnancy. Bleeding can’t be relied on as it’s super common not to bleed. If you don’t fully trust your pill it’s recommended to use condoms.

@I_didnt_get the bleeding you experience is not a period, as you do not ovulate in the combined pill. The bleeding you may experience are considered a side effect, so it is a synthetic bleed (fake). While a heavy bleed can suggest you’re fine it does not necessarily guarantee anything, especially as not bleeding is normal and does not mean you are pregnant. If you use your pills correctly then you can trust your pill to prevent pregnancy.

I take a pregnancy test just incase each month even if I bleed. There is always a chance of pregnancy if you are having intercourse it is a very low chance. It also helps ease any paranoia or anxiety of what if xoxo
