Hey, just thought i’d ask if people could give me their personal experiences on different types of contraception. i’m fed up of the mini pill im on but don’t really have a preference for condoms as it doesn’t feel as intimate for me personally. ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌❌⏱ Brand: Cerelle

When it comes to finding a method that feels intimate for you, it's important to consider your personal preferences and comfort level. While condoms are a common form of contraception that also helps prevent sexually transmitted infections, there are other non-hormonal options available that may suit your needs. If you're looking for a hormonal contraceptive method that doesn't involve taking a daily pill, you may want to explore options like the contraceptive implant or the contraceptive injection, which provide long-lasting protection without the need for daily administration

I’ve been on the implant for 2 years now and it’s been the most pleasant experience ever. Had some side effects while adjusting but it was only the first few weeks. I’ve had one case of breakthrough bleeding that lasted a few days in August last year. It’s nice not having to remember to take a pill daily. Just be sure to check the placement every now and then.
