Hi I’m thinking of coming off the pill. I feel faint constantly and I’ve been put on iron tablets which has made no difference so I’m wondering if it’s my pill as the timeline would make sense, I also feel sad quite often so I’m thinking I’ll see how I feel once I come off. Is coming off the pill easy, I’m not sure if it’s bad timing as I have exams over the next month and I’m not sure what side effects to expect, if any. If anyone has any tips or info please help! And is there a “best time” to come off the pill? I have a day left of my break. ⚠️‼️‼️⚠️🔶⚠️⚠️‼️⚠️‼️‼️‼️⚠️⚠️💊⚠️❌❌❌❌❌💤💤💤💤💤💤💤 Brand: Rigevidon

You should talk to your doctor about coming off of it first

I would consider other options first and speak to your doctor too. Other than that if you’re certain you want to come off then it takes up to a year for your body to adjust to coming off of birth control and side effects include missed and/or delayed periods but it’s different for everyone and there’s no way of knowing how you’ll react.

Thanks I’ll definitely phone the doctor. We briefly spoke about it a while ago and she suggested I could change pills to see if that stops the headaches and faint feeling. I’m quite hesistant to switch pills as I haven’t got any acne or weight gain or anything from this pill and I’d be worried I would get that starting a new pill.

If you get lots of headaches then you should switch to a progesterone only method
