Hi, I’ve missed 3 pills so I’ve come on my period a week early. When do I start taking my pill again? If I take it when I usually would after my break I will be a week early for all my periods going forward but then I can’t wait 2 weeks to start it again. So when should I take it?

If you’ve taken 7+ pills beforehand count this as starting your break week 3 days early so start your new pack 3 days earlier than usual so that you’re still protected

You can have a 7 day break right now, 3 have already passed due to you missing your pills so you have 4 more days left. Start your pill then and count this as your break week instead of next week. Keep in mind that skipping breaks or shortening them to 4 days is highly recommended to keep user error at a minimum.

That’s what I was thinking to do but then I’m going to be ahead every month by a week

If I start a new pack of pills in 4 days then that’s a week early then I’m meant to so I’ll be a week ahead

It doesn’t matter. You don’t have to reinstall the app you just press the date and select started new pack and it’ll sync up automatically

^ press ‘started new pack’ on the first day of the pack and it will line up with you again.
