Has anyone dealt with high blood pressure during a cold/sickness? What did you do besides drink water?

this may sound stupid but watch your sodium intake and take hot showers/baths, this is a personal preference but i like to meditate

@unknown7777 I was think sodium all day today
I took a hot shower 30 minutes ago
I read also to eat things with potassium
But yes sodium was a big one this time
