Hi I was wondering if anyone will know the answer to this. Basically my boyfriend sister has got worms so we all have to take medication so that we don’t catch them. The brand is called Ovex and the tablet can be swallowed whole or chewed. I put water in my mouth and then put the tablet in and my boyfriend said you’re meant to chew it so i took the pill out my mouth and swallowed the water. The pill had gone a little soft with being in the water. Then i read the back and said no it says you can swallow so i put water in my mouth again and tried to swallow it but it wouldn’t go down so I had to swallow the water and chew it instead but it felt like it didn’t go down properly. Do you think the medication will still do its job??
