Can u delay your period for a day? I’m on my day 3 of my pill free week and I’m feeling like I’m about to get my period but I totally forgot tomorrow I go shoot some stuff at a hotel so I just ordered my pill to take today again but I know most likely it will not pause it by tomorrow. Is there like something natural that could work?

No, your best bet would be to just start ur pills its still not guaranteed it will work within one day but its definitely worth a shot! I know it used to work on me like magic.

Just my kinda thoughts I have no actual experience, but I’d think if you start bleeding it probably won’t stop till it’s done if that makes sense, so maybe worth a shot if it hasn’t come yet, let us know if it works cos it would be good to know lol x

@hellok1tty yeah I feel my stomach weird already but no bleeding just yet. My pill get here in like 2 hours so… fingers crossed and I’ll update!

Also I forgot to add if you don’t ever want to get a period you can always try to skip ur break completely or a more reliable option is switching to the mini pill! Best decision Ive made.

@GhostFaceLov yeah I always skip my period when I have trips coming up or something like that. But this time I completely forget id get my period around this time so I didn’t plan for it…

If you do get your period, you can look into menstrual discs to help keep the blood away till you need to change it. If you aren't familiar with menstrual discs, you can look it up. Period Nirvana is really good with explaining it and showing videos on how it works. Not sure where you live to know what is available for you, but it's worth the look into. I love mine.

When I've tried this (because I usually skip my bleeds completely but in cases I've been unable to get a new pack for a couple days) I still bled despite starting the active pills again so you can definitely try it but be prepared to potentially bleed anyway
