I’m really to hear that that happened to you. Something similar happened to me a month ago. What helped me was spending time with my friends who have always showed up for me. I also spent time reflecting on how my life can be better without the friend who blocked me.
If you find yourself feeling sad, distract yourself with hobbies and spend time with other friends or family. Do not dwell on the past, though I know that is hard. And most importantly do not reach out to the friend that blocked you. Wishing you well, you got this!!
