Hi guys, I am on the combination pill, and I’m wondering how late a pill can be taken that you are still protected? I accidentally took mine 13 hours late, and I’ve always thought that once it’s under 24 hours late that it’s fine but I’m getting mixed information - some places saying 12 hours max and some 24 hours - it’s a week on now and I just had some spotting so I’m a little concerned.

@aurielle oh thank god, thanks so much! There seems to be a lot of out of date information out there, from what I’ve seen it seems the 12 hour rule might be outdated!
