I should be taking my 18th pill of this pack about an hour ago. I have lost my final pack of these pills but I had unprotected sex earlier today. I can pick up a new pack tomorrow and take those around 1pm but that would make me 14 hours late. Am I still protected? Can I take a break week? you can take a break week if you haven’t had one since june, as long as you have taken the 7 pills before it correctly

your break can’t be longer than 7 days tho

@onthepillxo thank you, I have taken the late pill now, and I’m going to take my next one as usual, I’ve read that I shouldn’t take a break week and should just go onto my next pack
