You can have sex the first minute of a date if that’s what you both felt like doing. What makes you think he isn’t into you? Is it just your own insecurities?

There is no “normal”, do what you’re comfortable with and do what feels right for you. Sounds like you’re still just getting to know each other so just enjoy it for what it is right now and try not to think too much about the future.
