I am worried that I might be pregnant. I have had constant cramps in the left side of my stomach as well as cramps in my legs, headache, constipation and no appetite. I have been sick since the new year and ended up with the flu and a chest infection. I was very sick and was in hospital but I am better since. I don’t think I have a reason to be worried as I had unprotected sex 4 weeks ago and used protection recently but I have a fear that I might be. Does anyone know if been on medication and been sick might have affected my stomach and taking time to adjust or should I be worried about pregnancy?

No I am on the pill microlite since last May. I haven’t been getting sick I just have an anxious feeling in my stomach and a constant cramp in my belly

Anxiety can make your stomach hurt. It’s long enough now that results from the unprotected sex will be correct on any pregnancy test, and if it’s been 21 days since any other sex, that’ll be definitive for that as well. But I don’t think you’re pregnant if you’ve been taking your pill right. If you have thrown any up though, you may be unprotected from that.

I got sick after a night out but only a little bit wasn’t much at all and I had taken my pill that morning at 9.30 so it would have been absorbed in my body

You wouldn’t feel cramps on one side, when you’re pregnant you feel it in the middle close to your belly button. When throwing up, you would need to throw up within 3 hours of taking your pill for it to compromise your protection so in your case your body absorbed at as you said you got sick at night
