Hi, I accidentally took 22 instead of 21 pills, is it okay if I start my new pack on the same day I usually would instead of day later? That means my break would be 6 days and not 7. That’s completely fine. You can always shorten break, but not extend. I’m on the same pill and take a 5 day break instead of 7 in case I forget to start taking it again, it won’t matter because I’m still protected for 2 more days x

It’s actually recommended to take shorter breaks so you’re fine x
