I am on day 3 out of 4 of my pill break and I haven’t had a bleed yet. I usually always get my bleed on day 2/3. I have had really bad cramps but still no sign of my bleed. 2 weeks ago I had unprotected sex in the morning and I had diarrhoea in the evening and I take I pill in the morning. I am wondering would this have effected my pill and maybe it didn’t work. Should I be concerned that I am pregnant?

5/6+ episodes of completely liquid stool within 24 hours of taking a pill or multiple episodes of completely liquid stool daily for several days will affect your pill. Unless it was that severe your protection shouldn’t have been compromised. Not bleeding is a common side effect of the pill.

You’ve no reason to be concerned about pregnancy then, assuming you have used your pill correctly.

this similar thing happened to me i wasn’t bleeding then i had really bad cramps and when i did bleed i passed a miscarriage id say take a test and if you aren’t pregnant then you should be fine but if you’re really worried then maybe talk to a doctor

Since putting the message up I’ve had some brown blood so I’m thinking my period may be starting as this is what normally happens

Just be sure to start your pill again when you’re supposed to. Never wait around for bleeding. Bleeding is irrelevant so don’t worry about it x
