Apparently women on the birth control don’t let their partners ejaculate inside them as this is risky and could get you pregnant??? I don’t trust people on Reddit but does weight have something to do with how effective your birth control is? Also do you let your partner ejaculate inside you or do you still use condom? Or at least do the withdrawal method? If so then was I wrong for thinking that I could let my boyfriend finish inside me…

I’ve been active on this app for over 7 years, a large amount of users here use only the pill as their contraception and let their partners finish inside them.

@bluerose9 I shouldn’t trust people from Reddit then

Its not risky unless you aren’t using ur birth control correctly. I been on it for 2 years and i used to let my bf at the time cum inside me every time. Weight has absolutely nothing to do with birth control working. I think whoever posted this information is just trying to scare people

@GhostFaceLov so when they say it’s 99% effective if used correctly meaning taken at the same time everyday consistently, no missed pills, etc etc it is that effective?

weight only applies to the morning after pill, not heard of it applying to birth control so i think this is just misinformation being spread

i also wouldn’t get your birth control info from reddit, i’ve looked at some of the subreddits for birth control and there is a LOT of misinformation

@girl_with_an yes

@Girl_with_an for legal reasons manufacturers don’t claim it’s 100% effective (even if their clinical studies have shown it basically is) to avoid people suing them if it fails lol

@bluerose9 sounds fair

From someone who has spent time on Reddit, they’re overwhelmingly negative and argumentative, without being educated enough to do so. If you look at the facts on your birth control method, you should feel comforted knowing you’re following your instructions!
