Am I in the wrong? My parents planned a trip to a country in a couple months and I decided to join and they are happy. My sister started a new job and doesn’t have any days to go now. I told her I’ll do another trip when she does have days later in the year or something. She told me that I’m selfish for making this a family trip without her and is very upset about it and told my parents too. I apologized and told her I don’t mean to exclude her it was just convenient time. How would you feel about it?

I’m confused it’s not like you’ve intentionally excluded her in any way at all, the timing just didn’t work out for her? This is nothing to do with you? Are you normally the scapegoat when she’s not happy ?

And she's not being selfish for not wanting you to go on a nice trip just because she can't? Lol

I would ask her how are you being selfish when you just offered to go at a later time to convenience her? Obviously that’s you trying to include her…lol I don’t think you should not have apologized, didn’t your parents plan the trip? Like am I missing something? 😭
