If I shorten my break week to 4 days instead of 7, can I still take my usual 7 day break week next month? I’ve been on the pill a while and never altered my break week before, is there any side effects of doing this? I haven’t gotten my withdrawal bleed yet as that usually comes on day 6. Yes you can shorten ur break to how ever many days you prefer, just can never extend ur break past 7 days otherwise you would become unprotected. Yes its possible you can experience more side effects skipping or shortening ur break.
