Does anyone not get their period during the break week, but still experience heavy cramping? I’m a bit scared. For some reason I’m not bleeding and it 4 days into my break week. I feel like I’m on my period although. I took a test, it was negative

{lJttR55gK} - post about withdrawal bleeding cramping is a normal side effect of the pill. you have no reason to worry as long as you’ve been taking your pills correctly

My doctor told me that for the pain medicine to work you need to take it a few days before you are going to be cramps in order for it to work. For cramps exercise. Do exercises like walking, running, riding a bike, swimming, or any activity that gets your heart rate up. Do breathing exercises like meditation, or yoga. Eat healthy foods like fruits, veggies (especially the leafy green ones), whole grains, and yogurt. Limit fat, salt, sugar, caffeine, and alcohol. Putting a heating pad on your belly or lower back, Taking a hot bath, Having an orgasm whether its by yourself or with a partner.
