yes it’s actually recommended to shorten/skip breaks so you’re fine to do that. you also don’t have a real period on birth control as you don’t ovulate, it’s a withdrawal bleed that occurs due to the drop in hormones. birth control thins the uterine lining so there’s little/nothing to shed hence why users have lighter bleeding and sometimes stop bleeding

So i can start my new pack today even if i don’t usually start on sunday’s and i’m in the middle of my break week
