I’m on the pill for pcos and on my first break, I got the break bleed today and have had excruciating cramps, is this normal and will it get better after the next pack?

It is normal and it may improve in the future. It’s normal to experience more side effects as you adjust to the pill, which can take 3-6 months. There is no guarantee it will get better but you need to see what happens.
