I’ve had cramps all day bugging my back. I have a very light period like spotting. About 10 minutes ago I got a really big cramp and bled through my pad and a pretty big clot came out and the pain is still there but it’s not as painful as before but still shooting up my back. Any ideas what’s happening

Could be anything, if it is causing you pain and distress you’re best off seeing a doctor.
