I’m on my 3rd month of taking the the pill and for the last two I’ve noticed I’m having my period at lot more than I’ve ever had before. This month I’ve had it for more than 17 days and 4 days last week was to allow a flow to happen so that was heavy then it stopped and now today it’s started again but fairly light. Why does this keep happening? Like is it just getting used to my body or what? Someone please help Brand: Gedarel 30/150

It’s just a side effect, which are more common the first 3-6 months when you are still adjusting to the pill. If it still happens after you’ve used it for 6-7 months you can talk to your doctor about trying a new pill or method.

@CheekyPeanut just keep in mind it’s still normal to experience side effects even after the adjustment phase, it’s about the severity after.
