Ok so my boyfriend came in me for the first time tonight. We’ve been together 9 years so it was a big deal and just sorta happened. I forgot to take my pill yesterday so bought a plan b and took it about an hour after he came in me. It’s been about an hour since I took the plan b (it was a generic brand) and I’m bleeding. Bleeding a lot down there. I’m not close to my period. It’s a BRIGHT DARK red that I haven’t seen before. It looks the the type of blood after getting hurt if that makes sense? Idk how you’re suppose to feel after as this was my first time. Advice would be great. Thanks!

Sorry I want to add that my vagina does hurt and feel weird rn. Idk how to describe it. It feels full and uncomfortable and like rug burn. I wonder if the blood is from roughness? But I swear we’ve been rougher before and I’ve never bled. It’s weird how after taking it I’m getting this much blood. Sorry I just never experienced this and hoping someone can suggest what they think. I’m gonna see my dr if needed but my vagina does hurt/burn.

Depending on your pill, and where you were in your pack, the plan B might not have been necessary but it makes sense you’d want to be cautious, especially since you aren’t used to him coming in you. Plan B can certainly cause side effects like the bleeding you are describing, or maybe it’s from tears as you said. The cum might also be affecting your vaginal ph or making it feel different than normal. Some people are even allergic to semen.
